The sea was angry that day.

Snow in the face, minus 10°C, and still we went for a swim with sauna after, and cormorants in the harbour!

One of the coast’s most characteristic seabirds, perfectly adapted to life in the north.

The guillemots, Lomvi in norwegian are still to found fishing and playing around in the Oslo bay!
Saw around 20 yesterday.

They are unable to take off without water, so if you ever find one stranded or somewhere on land; make sure to help them to water!

One of my favorite bird leaving the nest, they just fall and bounce of the cliff looking like they are plummiting into death, and somehow dont die! Youtube that s**t!

Largest member of the grebe family — and crowned Bird of the Century in New Zealand!
Down there, it’s called Puteketeke — best name! it’s addictive to say.
Go on, try it… Puteketeke! 🪶🇳🇿
