Hades Rising

Hi everyone! Things have been very silent, but for a couple reasons. Since I ( ) have moved to Drammen things have changed. I am working on album nr. 3, which might take a couple years to finish, and I am slowly opening up to the idea of finding new people to play concerts with me in Hades Rising. So far I have been so lucky to have some of my closest friends playing with me, but unfortunately distance, time and life in general gets in the way sometimes. For the time being Hades Rising remains my personal passion project, until I find the right people to bring Hades’ music on the stage as well. Maybe it will be the same as before, maybe not, time will tell! For now, this is what’s up. Tell your friends who live in the south of Norway to send me a PM if they are interested.

The end of an era.

Ozzy has been an enormous influence to all of us who write heavy music. If not directly, then indirectly every single one of us have been affected by his music. I remember when I first started listening actively to his music how hooked I was, and how many times I played on guitar “Crazy Train”. His album “Black Rain” was the first album I bought from him when it first came out, and I listened to it endlessly on repeat for months.

Without Ozzy we would not be writing heavy music, and we would not be able to experience what we have experienced on stage, and meeting some great, beautiful people.

Parkinson’s disease (as well as other neurological diseases) is a nasty disease, and as someone who has been affected by a more aggressive type of Parkinsonism in my life, I can understand the struggle and pain he has gone through.

For everything you have done, thank you Ozzy.

Casual reminder that it is Archibald’s first concert with us tomorrow and you should come support him! (He is nervous). At with starting at 19:00. This is a non-alcoholic, all ages allowed event so that the youth can experience heavy music in a safe environment.
