Dutch-made extrusion and recycling systems for material validation, recycling, and controlled filament production. But we didn’t stop there.
Back in 2014, we started tweaking our very first filament maker prototype. Along the way, many improvements have been made to what is known today as the Composer and Precision Filament Makers. We took the next step and decided to make it our priority to create products that fully covered the whole filament extrusion circle. From there came our SHR3D IT plastic shredder which later evolved into the
POV: Full run on Filament Maker TWO: PLA.
Power on, load PLA, set parameters, heat up, thread the puller wheels and winding path, start spooling.
Manual until it's threaded; automatic from there.
PPA with 30% Carbon Fiber, validated on Filament Maker TWO.
High-temperature nylon, stable above 200°C, reinforced with carbon fiber for extra stiffness — genuinely demanding to extrude consistently. This run dials in the parameter profile so the preset ships already solved for this material.

Over the past decade, we’ve deployed more than 3,000 extrusion and recycling systems across 40+ countries, with over 1,000 academic publications supported by our machines.
But the real story is in the work behind those numbers: testing materials, improving machines, learning from customers, and helping teams bring filament development in-house.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the first 10 years.
Now, we’re building what comes next.
Some powders simply behave differently.
Current hopper testing focuses on feeding consistency across different powder types.

For teams working with advanced materials, validation often happens later in the process than it should.
By the time a material is tested in a real application, many of the key decisions have already been made.
