*It has been quite some time! Some of you may know or have noticed I decided to take a step back in teaching weekly classes. This has been a process for some time now, where I often felt I needed more family time in the weekends and time to recharge myself. *After teaching for over 10 years and combining this with media and Ngo work, the time has come to make a shift and focus on my work at Amnesty International as a press officer/spokesperson. Never a dull moment when it comes to human rights, and I am glad to say my yoga practice helps me to stay calm and sane.

*From here I would like to extend my appreciation and gratitude to all of you for your loyal attendance to my classes. Some of you I’ve seen on a weekly basis for years, and I wish you all the best. I will explore some workshops in the future. This might take some time however as I’ve torn my anterior cruciate and inner ligament in a skiing accident. Untill we meet again, on or off the mat!
