CTA-O and EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner isn't accredited on hours alone. The competencies require evidence — of contracting, of building the relationship, of enabling insight and learning, of managing the process, of evaluating outcomes, of your continuing development.
Across this TAO2 programme — running between October 2026 and January 2027 from Physis Scotland in Edinburgh — you accumulate exactly that:
✅ A self-test at entry and a self-test at exit, showing your own movement
✅ Reflection journals tied to each module
✅ A supervisor's audio review of a real session
✅ A written case study with oral presentation
✅ Group supervision logs from five online sessions
✅ Real client coaching hours, supervised throughout
