Once, he was just a boy.
A boy who dreamed of birthdays and laughter.
A boy who drew smiles on walls.
A boy whose shoes had places to go.

Today, the world barely sees him.
But here, in this painting,
he is witnessed.
He is honored.
He is home.

In Darkness Lies Light.
And even when the candles go out…
somewhere inside, he still hopes.
