Creating freedom

𝐻𝑜𝓌 𝓉𝑜 𝓈𝓉𝒶𝓎 𝒸𝑜𝓃𝓈𝒾𝓈𝓉𝑒𝓃𝓉

For me personally, I find it really hard to be persistent. Especially when you need to get stuff done without a deadline.

I think it has a lot to do with focussing on the outcome instead of the process. It feels overwhelming to start something if the “to do list” is very long and you don’t see the ending. The process is always hard, but you don’t get anywhere without any hard work.

What always works for me is to plan the day ahead and to end your day with something fun. If I lack the motivation, I tell myself that 5 minutes is enough and that will get me going, but as I said, I am still struggling with it

What helps you to stay consistent?

This is all about the mindset. It is difficult to figure out what it is that’s holding you back. It could be a number of things:
- Fear of failure
- Lack of confidence

We can continue with al those kind of things. But if you step out of your comfort zone, you’ll see that what you are capable of

Do what makes you happy! Make sure that you have fun in life and chase dreams you have!

Maybe you already guessed it, but i enjoy photography. I am going to look for a course to become better at it, tips are always welcome!

Hi, I am Jacquelien and i am 22 years old. I currently live in The Netherlands and I am working as a fulltime scrubs nurse. I started this job right after I graduated and now that I am working fulltime, I keep wondering if this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. Working hard and waiting for the days off and the holidays.

I really love travelling and I love making trips when I am off. Everytime I was on a holiday, I kept wondering if I could live there or if I could keep travelling. But I just couldn't figure out how to work and travel at the same time...

Eventually I found Enagic and I just started my online business. I am supported by the best community there is and I can't wait to gain enough freedom to do what i love! 💕
