Oh boy. That was a while ago! Going out on a mini adventure in my own country. With my camera & drone. And of course packed with some coffee and a pink glazed cake

Don’t know why it took me so long to go on an adventure again. I needed some free time but especially some new inspiration. Strange because our country has many beautiful places. But hey.. long story short, I went to Laren where I walked through amazing heather with some autumn sunshine.

Unfortunately the heather wasn’t in bloom anymore but it still colored purple and pink.

Maybe that’s why my pink glazed cake tasted so well over there 😉

I immediately noticed that these words really moved me. To be on the way..

It’s been two weeks since we got back from our world trip. An epic trip where we’ve seen (& eaten) so much. Tropical beaches, the most lush jungle, exotic animals and beautiful historic Mayan temples.

But how amazing all these highlights were, the moments in between are maybe the most valuable. Leaving a place and reflecting how beautiful that place really was. Staring out the window at the landscapes that pass by. Views to infinity. Peaceful silence. Sometimes. And feeling excitement about the new destination.

And during all these moments we realized that this is the life we ​​want to live. Being on the go. Exploring new places. With people you love the most.

And preferably somewhere where the sun always shine ;)

What an adventure! Just returned from our nearly 100-day world trip through Central America and the Netherlands Antilles.

I came back with so much inspiration, gratitude and loads of content and stories that I will be sharing with you soon!

🙌 Everyone wants to drive a 4x4 Toyota beast through Costa Rica, right? And then you also want to drive through roads where you are surrounded by only palm trees. Two time right, right? And then for dessert that the road also has a view of some epic mountains?

Ok.. maybe I'm not completely objective and for my enthusiasm but this was definitely a highlight during our 4x4 experience in Costa Rica. Holy moly, what a road and what a moment!

And glad that I brought my drone with me to capture this magical moment ✨

First 🇬🇷 drop! And this one is an ode to the amazing area.

But our journey started in Athens where we met the guys from , Agi & Tom. Guys who are so passionate about the Peloponnesos area, cycling & good food. And they invites people (& us) to experience all of that in an ultimate cycling holiday.

After a 2,5 hour drive we arrived at the peninsula . Our area for the rest of our trip. An unknown area for me but also for many tourists. Tourist often travel to all the Greek islands which are also beautiful. But in this area there is so much history, so many stories, so much untouchedness and so much love for the good life.

The local men who gather here early in the morning on the square to enjoy their coffee. The delicious pure fruit that grows everywhere. The fierce climbs in the mountains of Sparta. The tranquility and azure blue coastlines with the vibrant coastal town of Kalamata as one of the highlights. And so I can go on and on.

Oh boy, I really enjoyed the Greek life and what a privilege to be able to capture all this with my camera and drone. And all this under the guidance of and his cycling friends who also have so much passion for this area.

Sometimes it can be that easy.. Take the car (or bike or just walk), listen to some music on the way, meet up with a good friend , create awesome content together, learning some new video skills, explore a new beautiful area , meet local people who want to know what we are doing and eat a donut at the end of the day!

This was a pretty good day.
