I am the light

This universal sign showed itself to Astaran at the equinox. It is a multidimensional reminder that whatever is happening in your reality, there is always a light. You carry that light. You are that light.

We know we create our own reality. So if the reality sucks, it must be because we suck, right?

This is where many of us get stuck. We blame ourselves for the darkness and then search for light somewhere else. We look to a teacher, a partner, a new plan or wait for better news. We search everywhere except inside ourselves.

The equinox is the moment day and night are equal. From here on the nights get longer, at least for those of us in the northern half of the world ^^. The light outside is getting less, which makes this a good moment to notice the light which doesn't depend on the season.

Creating your own reality includes the dark moments. They are part of the natural cycle just like the longer nights. What you can control is what you bring into those dark times.

This sign asks you to notice where you are waiting for someone or something to turn on the light for you. Feel what changes when you turn toward the light you already have inside.

Where in your life do you look outside yourself for a light that already belongs to you?

You don't have to believe in sacred geometry. It shows up either way.

Sacred geometry is the blueprint underneath the universe.

Release is live.

After Roots and Ignite, this is the part most of us try to skip. The letting go.

Six signs make up this course: Growth, Expansion, Lightness, Renewal, Free, Sacred Destruction. They work across Wood, Metal and Water, the elements of clearing and flow. The idea running underneath all six is simple and, we think, true. Before something new can grow, something else has to fall apart first. A seed cracks open in the dark before it becomes anything at all. The falling apart comes first. The growth follows.

Sacred Destruction, the sign that closes the course, sits with the parts of life, and of us, that have to end so something else can exist. That is creation, working exactly as it should.

One of you, Lisa, wrote to us this week about Roots:
"I really love it. I enjoy sitting with your signs, the voice is a good match, deep and natural. The signs in motion are interesting. The download option is a great thing, to take the sign wherever I want without the need of wifi." She's already curious what's coming next. We loved reading that.

We're curious what this brings up for you too. What's one thing you already know is ready to fall away, even if you're not ready to release it yet? You don't need the right words for it. Drop a line below if you feel like sharing, or just sit with it for yourself.

Stabilize into the Now
"I am here and here is enough"

These times ask a lot of us. The patterns that used to hold are shifting. The systems we leaned on are dissolving before anything new has taken their place. Underneath it, the world itself can feel unsteady, like there is nothing solid left to stand on.

Nothing seems to work the way it should work. Which can seem to be a bad thing but if you dive deeper...how well did everything work...really?

A lot of water and earth (rock) frequencies came up while drawing this sign but the final element was wood. Wood is what grows when water and earth meet. It needs both and it needs both solid and fluid frequencies in itself. And this is the frequency this sign resonates with. You do not need the world around you to hold still for you to feel steady. You can be moved by what is happening and still be rooted in yourself.

This sign invites you to feel where you still feel unstable and where you have placed your safety, trust and stability outside yourself instead of inside. This sign supports you into bringing that stability back in your body.

Where in your lived experience are you trying to be a rock when you could also be flexible like a tree?

Ignite is live.

If Roots was about coming back down into yourself, Ignite is what happens next. The fire that was waiting underneath the ground you just settled into.

Six signs make up this course: Inner Power, Supernova, Confront, Soar, Expert, Shift. Together they work with the questions most of us avoid. Where you're still waiting for permission. Where you've handed your own authority to someone else, an expert, an institution, a voice that isn't yours, instead of trusting what you already know. Where you've been keeping yourself smaller than you actually are, out of habit more than truth.

One sign, Expert, is built entirely around taking the wheel back. Not from any person in particular, from the belief that someone out there knows your life better than you do. Another, Confront, works with what it costs to stay quiet when something needs to be said. By the time you reach the last sign, Shift, the course stops asking you to reflect and starts asking you to move.

Same shape as Roots: a short prompt before each video, the sign in motion with music and Jim Goodsir's narration, a reflection, an affirmation, and an integration practice that draws all six signs into one sequence at the end.

If there's something you've been circling for a while, waiting for the right moment or enough certainty first, this course was built for exactly that edge. Start when you're ready. Today counts.

Do you feel like you have to force something today, just to prove progress is happening?

This week's universal sign is called Still Power. It came to Astaran when he made contact with a praying mantis in Serbia. A praying mantis is the embodiment of stillness. It waits until the right moment is there and when it arrives, it acts without hesitation. The stillness already contains the movement.

Look at the geometry of this sign. Everything gathers around the centre. Energy contracts and expands at the same time. This sign supports you in recognizing real readiness, so you can act at the right moment instead of forcing one too soon.

Roots is live!

This is the first of ten courses built from the sign library and it made sense to us that grounding is where a person begins.

Each lesson holds more than words on a page. You watch the Sign itself in motion, the geometry animated into its own moving pattern, set to music, with our friend Jim Goodsir narrating in his own real voice, not a synthetic one. You can also download every lesson as an mp3, so you can listen to a Sign on a walk, or before sleep, away from any screen.

A quick word on what a course actually is beyond that. Astaran chose these six signs specifically: Nature, Presence, Balance, Core, Bloom, Surrender. Each one supports a different layer of being grounded, your relationship with the natural world, your presence in the now, the balance of your emotions, the stillness underneath all of it, natural timing and your ability to let go. On their own, each sign already carries its own field. Worked through together, in sequence, over a week, something else starts to happen too. The signs begin to resonate with each other and with you. What one sign opens, the next one meets. The shared field the six of them create together is where a course does what a single sign can't do alone.

Each lesson follows the same shape: a short prompt before you watch, the meaning of the sign, a reflection and an affirmation to sit with. An integration practice at the end brings all six together, so by the time you finish you're not holding six separate moments. You're holding one woven pattern.

None of this asks you to understand the geometry or believe anything about it first. You just work with it and let it meet you. You're still the only expert on what comes up for you.

Five more courses are coming shortly: Ignite, Release, Heart, Vision and Dream. All fully written, waiting on the same platform that just got Roots ready. We'll let you know as each one goes live.
