RIVCHPP RECOGNISES ADVOCACY FOR THE GIRL CHILD AND WOMEN’S HEALTH

The Rivers State Contributory Health Protection Programme (RIVCHPP) recognises the importance of initiatives that promote the wellbeing, dignity and empowerment of girls and young women.

The Executive Secretary of RIVCHPP, Dr. Vetty Agala, was recognised as the *Face of MOGCI’s 15th Anniversary by the Mother of Good Counsel Initiative (MOGCI), in connection with its advocacy for sexual and reproductive health and the wellbeing of the girl child.

The event, organised in collaboration with the University Women Association (RISU), highlighted the importance of awareness, advocacy and collective efforts to create a healthier and more supportive environment for girls and young women.

RIVCHPP remains committed to advancing health protection and supporting initiatives that contribute to healthier individuals, stronger families and a healthier Rivers State.
