About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and has a strong track record in business development, sales, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

Develop and implement sales strategies from lead generation to deal closure.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and generate qualified leads.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Digital Marketing—preferably in a similar industry.

Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Based in Lagos (must be able to work from Ikeja office when required).
