I am so happy and grateful as I announce another addition to the Board of SysVIEW Mega Prajects in the person of Mrs. Feyi Soluade-George.

Mrs. Feyi Soluade-George will lend her wealth of experience to SysVIEW in building resilient, sustainable and impactful Corporate Social Responsibilities mainly targeting women in our communities. Her immediate advise on accepting this role has led to the inclusion of a SME line in the design of our Industrial and Business Parks to directly support the rural women in our host communities.

Mrs. Feyi Soluade-George is an accomplished Public Relations Expert, and an Oil and Gas Lawyer. She was a former First Lady of Ondo State, and was reputed as the brain behind the Better Life for Nigerian women led nation wide by the late First Lady of Nigeria, Mrs Mariam Babangida.

She was a pioneer board member of Ecobank, and she sits on the board of several Finance Institutions and, Oil and Gas companies in Nigeria and South Africa.

Mrs George studied at the University of Lagos where she graduated with an honors degree in French and Philosophy, Diploma in Mass Communication and a law degree. She also attended the Nigerian Law School. Mrs. Soluade-George is also an attorney with specialty in Oil and Gas law.

I am so excited and glad to announce the appointment of Dr. Anthony Akah, mni, as the Chairman, Board of Directors, SysVIEW Mega Projects Ltd.

Dr. Anthony Akah, mni, will lead Board of distinguished members of SysVIEW Mega Projects in guiding the organization on its sacred quest of making energy quite accessible to businesses and homes in Nigeria, and in building the required synergy to bring this vision to fulfillment.

Dr. Tony Akah, mni, is the Principal Consultant, Technical Options West Africa Limited, an Energy and Infrastructure Development Consulting Firm. He was a pioneer staff of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, where he retired on February 22, 2021 as the General Manager, Policy, Research and Strategy. Prior to that, he Acted as the Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer of the Commission (NERC) from December 22, 2015 to February 07, 2017 and the Head/General Manager (Director), Government and Consumer Affairs at the Commission (NERC), from June 2007 to December 22, 2015. He is a Certified National Accountant of Nigeria, Certified International Regulation Specialist and also a Public Private Partnership Specialist from the joint programme of the Loughborough University, UK Water, Engineering and Development Centre (WEDC), and the Institute For PublicPrivate Partnership (iP3), Virginia, USA. He is also an alumnus of Harvard University (JFK School of Government), USA, Strategic Management of Regulatory and Enforcement Agencies Course, 2008. A graduate of Accountancy with a second major in Banking and Finance in 1989/1990 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Financial Management in 1992, from De La Salle University, Philippines. Dr. Akah also holds a Doctorate Degree in Management (Ph.D.), graduating with Distinction in 1996 from Adamson University, Philippines. He is a member of the National Institute (mni), Kuru, Senior Executive Course (SEC) 37, 2015. His research project while at NIPSS, Kuru was ‘The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission and Power Distribution in Nigeria; Challenges and Prospects’.
Dr. Akah, mni was a member of the Governing Council, Presidium, Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA) 2016 t0 2018. The first African elected on the 7-man Board of this highly acclaimed international Association. He is also a member of the Presidential Inter-Ministerial Committee on Power.
A member of many professional bodies, including, Founding Member, Academy of Regulatory Professionals, Public Utility Research Center (PURC), University of Florida, USA; Vice President, Nigerian Association For Energy Economics; International Association For Energy Economics; Nigerian Institute of Management; World Energy Council, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria and also a Member of the Customers and Retail Market’s Working Group of the Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA).

I’m so grateful to announce the appointment of Engr. Stephen A. Ndukwe, FNSE, MSc. to the Board of SysVIEW Mega Projects Limited.

His knowledge and experiences will guide SysVIEW Mega Projects as we transition a the global solution providing organization, and as we build the required synergies to establish Industrial Parks, Business Parks and Science Parks and Technical Institutions that will help in transforming Nigerian economy and building a new middle class.

Engineer Stephen A. Ndukwe comes with exceptional performance record and outstanding Operational leadership attributes. He has amassed over 30 years of unique work experience and industry expertise gained through distinguished careers at renowned organizations like General Electric Company, General Motors, Honda Manufacturing North America, and International Truck and Engine Company.

He is currently Special Adviser on Industry to Japan International Cooperative Agency (JICA), Abuja. Prior to that, he was a Consultant to United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) as the Country Expert on Automotive Industry, working very closely with the Director General of National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC).

Engr. Ndukwe’s years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Industrial Management especially in the Automotive Sector span through Plant Management, Plant Start-Ups, Cost Reductions, New Product Launch, Lean Manufacturing, Purchasing Systems Development, ISO 9001 | Capital Projects, Quality Assurance, Team Building, Strategic Planning, Process Reengineering, Global Expansion, Supplier Development, Operations Management, Paint Shop, Injection Molding, Stamping, Assembly, Safety and Productivity Improvement.

His work experience cuts across brands in the private and public services sectors. He has worked for the best in class blue chip multinational companies within and outside Nigeria. Prior to joining Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC and returning to Nigeria in 2007, as Group Technical Director, he was the Director of Manufacturing for International Trucks and Engine Company with headquarters in Chicago, USA. At international trucks, he had the responsibility for all new product introduction activities in Mexico, United States and Canada, covering seven manufacturing facilities.

Engr. Ndukwe is a graduate of General Electric Company Manufacturing Management Program (MMP), and Advanced Courses in Manufacturing (ACM). An Automotive Mechanic graduate of Government Trade Centre Enugu, he holds a Diploma Degree in Technology from East Ham College of Technology, London England, Bachelors and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. He has also attended several Management and Leadership Development courses at various institutions including GE Jack Welch Leadership Centre, Crontonville, Centre for Creative Leadership, Colorado and Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
