Google Photos has a way of resurfacing moments you didn’t realise were shaping you.
This was ten years ago, when encouraged me to shave my hair off.
What felt like a bold aesthetic choice at the time became something much deeper; an unexpected journey into self-discovery, confidence, and shedding more than just hair.
I was filming for television then, though I can’t even remember what the project was for. Funny how the details fade, but the feeling of that moment stays.
Growth has a way of doing that.
This is how I teach.
Not “add two teaspoons”.
But why two teaspoons exist at all.
Because once you understand structure,
you can cook anything.
