New week, fresh momentum at Project LB.

Over the past few days, we’ve seen major improvements across the space, from completed ceiling installations to ongoing wall finishes and the early stages of lighting and detailing coming together beautifully.

With every phase, the vision becomes clearer and the transformation more exciting to watch.
Slowly but intentionally, Project LB is becoming the refined, functional workspace we imagined from the start.

Here’s a quick look at the latest progress on site.

Some spaces don’t need rebuilding, they just need reimagining.

Project Isheri went from dated and disconnected to warm, refined, and intentionally designed for everyday living. From the living room to the dining area, recess, ante room, and downstairs spaces, every detail was redesigned to feel cohesive, functional, and elevated.

The difference is in the details and the feeling the space gives you now.

Project Isheri- Phase 1, reimagined.

It starts in the living room, where everything now feels lighter, cleaner, more intentional and flows into a dining space designed to actually connect.
The recess area found its purpose, The ante room now sets the tone, not just fills space. Downstairs rooms and bathrooms? Fully upgraded to match the standard.

Every corner had to earn its place. Every detail, considered.

Not every detail begins in the design studio.
Some begin with hands that measure, shape, weld, and refine over and over again.

Today, we celebrate the people who bring our ideas to life.
From our in-house team to the artisans on-site, every space we create is a shared effort.

Project LB is still in its skeletal stage, where the layout is being defined through drywall partitions, ceiling framing, electrical routing, and HVAC installations. It’s not the most polished phase, but it’s where the integrity of the space is built.

Every decision here shapes how the office will function, feel, and perform long before the finishes come in.

“I’m extremely talented, but I prefer to work alone.”
“I may not know everything yet, but I’m willing to learn.”

Two very different candidates. One big decision.

It’s easy to be impressed by skill, but character, attitude, and willingness to grow shape long-term success.
