ABLE Ministers

Did you realized that there's a big wall of difference between God hearing prayers and God answering prayers?

God can hear a prayer but may not necessarily answer it if the terms of the prayers and the person offering it are not right.

David gave a hint about this in Psalms 65.
Have you ever paused to ponder on it?

"O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come" vv. 2

"[By] terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation" vv. 5

God hears the prayers of all [flesh] but only answers the prayers of His people, the [righteousness].
Prov. 15:8, Isa. 58:9, Psa. 91:15, Isa. 65:24, John 9:31.

An English man says, 'actions speaks louder than words '.
Many believers and ministers' lives conflict with their message. Jesus says, "Let your light so shine among men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven" and many wonder why there are no impact in our communities from our lifestyles? Yet Paul also told Timothy, to "take heed to himself and to his teachings...."
What are the cautions we must take as believers and as ministers if our message will transform people, kindly come around as God teaches us.

There's a lot of disconnect between the older generation and the current generation of believers to the extent that it feels like the way the Psalmist says in Psalms 74:9 "we see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long".

Hence, why our generation seem lost to the things of the spirit perhaps, largely because there's not been a correct communication of the revelation of Jesus to us from the older generation.

"Now also when I am old and grey-headed, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to everyone that is to come" Psalms 71:18.

Many Christians know nothing about the authority of the believer. They really don't believe we have any authority. They believe they're barely saved, and they must go through life being dominated by the devil. They magnify the devil more than they do God.

We need to be delivered from the bo***ge of death and walk in the newness of life according to Romans 6:4.

We're not at the cross anymore, we are the throne. We died with Christ, but He has raised us up together with Him Ephesians 2:1-6. This is where authority of believers come from, and this, we must realize as Christians.
