Paris Jackson, the daughter of pop icon Michael Jackson, has spoken openly about how she sees her own racial identity. Although she comes from a multiracial background and many people might assume she is white based on her appearance, Paris says she identifies as a Black woman.
She has explained that her late father encouraged her to embrace her African-American roots, telling her, “you’re Black, be proud of your roots,” and that message has stayed with her. Paris acknowledges that people sometimes perceive her differently because of her light skin and features, but she has said that the way she was raised — surrounded by Black culture and heritage — deeply shapes how she identifies.
Her comments highlight how personal identity and cultural upbringing can influence someone’s sense of self in ways that go beyond simple appearance.

These two men were driving on the road in Saudi Arabia when they collided. One of them had his car completely wrecked; may Allah compensate him for it.
Naturally, you’d expect both drivers to jump out and start a massive confrontation—making a public scene, calling the police, and refusing to let it go. But instead, they both got out and immediately checked on each other. "Are you okay? I'm okay." One told the other, "It’s not your fault, I’m the one who’s wrong."
At that very moment, the Maghrib Adhan sounded. They simply stepped aside and prayed together. This was a real-life moment, not a scripted scene. After they finished, they shook hands and actually became friends.
This footage was captured and went viral on major platforms, even leading a British newspaper headline today with: "Islam is the Religion of Tolerance." It reached American, Spanish, and British press, with everyone talking about it. People were moved by the reaction and the realization that forgiveness is truly greatness. May Allah grant honor to Islam and the Muslims.

“Are you my mom?” Leo asked me when I saw him sitting in the rubble of a collapsed building.
It was an earthquake. Sirens everywhere. Firefighters were overwhelmed, so people like me helped where we could. I was a student then, living alone in that town, just trying to be useful.
I heard crying and found Leo. I pulled him out and kept asking, “Where’s your mom?” He looked at me and said, “You are.”
I asked where he lived. He pointed to the building behind us. I realized it was a foster home.
I took Leo to my place. Clean clothes. Warm food. A bath. He didn’t let go of my hand.
When the town calmed, I went to the adoption center. They thought Leo was gone forever. I signed the papers.
Now I’m older. I use a wheelchair. Leo makes my tea. Brings my sweater. Lifts what I can’t.
He never stopped choosing me.

I am deeply troubled. My body is shaking. 💔 As we celebrate love this month, a woman (if we can even call her that) subjected her stepson to unimaginable suffering, effectively turning their home into a prison yard for two solid years (730 days). During this period, she slept comfortably while the innocent boy was chained like a condemned criminal. He was forced to eat, sleep, and cry in chains. Ironically, this woman likely attended church every Sunday, dressed in her finest attire, and proclaimed "Praise the Lord!" Fortunately, NSCDC officers intervened, storming the "House of Horror" and freeing the boy from his chains. These officers are indeed heroes. They rescued a soul from the clutches of a domestic terrorist. This incident raises questions about the dynamics of stepmother-stepson relationships. What kind of family love is this? Is the boy’s father oblivious or under some form of manipulation? To the stepmother: prison seems too lenient a punishment.
You deserve to face severe consequences for your actions. If you were the judge, what sentence would you impose on her?
A) Life imprisonment? B) Subject her to the same treatment for two years? C) Hand her over to the community for their judgment? D) Death by hanging? Please share your thoughts.

HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF
(1) Stop looking for who is not looking for you.
(2) Stop begging.
(3) Stop saying more than is necessary.
(4) When people disrespect you, confront them immediately.
(5) Don't eat other people's food more than they eat yours.
(6) Reduce how you visit some people, especially if they don't reciprocate it.
(7) Invest in yourself. Make yourself happy.
(8) Stop entertaining gossip about other people.
(9) Think before you talk. 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.
(10) Always look your best. Dress the way you should be addressed.
(11) Be an achiever. Get busy with your goals.
(12) Respect your time.
(13) Don't stay in a relationship where you don't feel respected and valued. Walk away.
(14) Learn to spend money on yourself. That's how people will learn to spend on you.
(15) Be scarce sometimes.
(16) Be a giver more than a receiver.
(17) Don't go where you are not invited. And when invited don't overstay your welcome.
(18) Treat people exactly the way they deserve.
(19) Except they owe you money, two call attempts is enough. If they value you they will call you back immediately .
(20) Be good at what you do. Be the best you can be.
