Teenage years are filled with growth, change, pressure, and important life decisions. While many young people appear strong on the outside, some are quietly struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, peer pressure, family challenges, Academic pressures and emotional difficulties.
Mental health programmes provide teenagers with a safe space to learn, connect, express themselves, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. They remind young people that seeking help is a sign of strength and that their feelings matter.
When we invest in the mental well-being of teenagers, we are investing in healthier families, stronger communities, and a brighter future.
That is why we remain committed to creating opportunities that support and empower young people through our Fun Friday for Mental Health 2026.

We are working towards something very intentional this year. and we need your support to make it a reality.
In August 2026, we hope to host 150 teenagers for our Fun Friday for Mental Health, a safe, engaging, and healing space where young people can learn, express themselves, and experience meaningful emotional support through activities, conversations, and creativity.
But we cannot do this alone.
To make this vision possible, we are currently seeking both financial and material support. This includes contributions towards refreshments, learning materials, creative/art supplies, logistics, and other essentials that will help us create a memorable and impactful experience for these teenagers.
Every contribution, big or small, moves us closer to giving these young people a day that could shape how they understand themselves and their mental well-being.
If you would like to partner with us, support, or sponsor any part of this program, please reach out. Your help will go directly into creating hope, joy, and healing for 150 teenagers.
Let’s not just talk about change, let’s build it together.
