Yeah they do It's absolutely a great achievement to own a piece of land. However, wisdom is profitable to direct.

Not all land Investments decisions are good.

Land appreciates, yes. However, some lands appreciate way faster than others.

You'll make some land Investment decisions sometimes, it would be synonymous to tying down funds and making financial losses.

You say because you want to "invest" in lands, you go and buy a portion of land at a very "cheap price" in an area where appreciation rate is as slow as a snail. (Areas where, even in the next 5 years, appreciation rate would be nothing to write home about).

In essence, what i'm saying is, not all land Investments are "good investments".
