Take the break. Go to the doctor. Set the boundary. Because at the end of the day, you aren't just a talent, you are a life.
And you owe it to yourself to stay healthy enough to live it.

Congratulations, you got the job! 👏👏👏
I truly believe that the more you congratulate others, the more you will be congratulated yourself.
There is something my pastor said that has always stayed with me: 'Don’t despise what you want to happen to you.'
What this implies is simple: just because it isn’t happening to you yet, don't speak ill of those who are currently experiencing it.
If people around you are getting jobs, your testimony will come soon.
It just means God is in your neighborhood!

I just saw a rejection email here on Facebook where the recruiter forgot to delete the instructions:
"Make the candidate feel like they were strongly considered even if they weren't."
Ouch.
To everyone currently in the trenches of the job hunt: if you feel like you’re being templated, you aren't imagining it.
