A thread on how to prevent an infection...please SHARE

- Wash your hands very regularly with soap or hand sanitizer gel
- Don't cough or sneeze into your hands rather do so into a tissue or the crook of a flexed elbow then discard tissue/wash hands after.

- Stay away from people who look unwell, WHO recommends 3 meters, so stay 3 meters away from people who are unwell especially coughing, sneezing or other such flu symptoms, infact avoid crowds
- Don't touch your eyes, nose or mouth carelessly, esp if your hands aren't sanitized.

- Wash your hands after handling pets or after visiting a meat or live animal market, never eat raw or partially cooked meat, avoid handling animal waste products.

In summary, always sanitize your hands, keep it away from your eyes, nose & mouth & be very vigilant.
