One of our clients who is into business development and consultancy is currently outsourcing for candidates who can come in as Management Trainee to gather experience in different departments of the organization.

Graduate Trainee Duties and Responsibilities includes:

• Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training whenever assigned.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
• Bringing positive energy into the company and forming lasting professional relationships with staffs.
• Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor whenever assigned.
• Coming up with spontaneous ideas on business development and management.
• Taking notes on experiences and and resource gathering for improved functionality
• Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
• Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.

Graduate Trainee Requirements:
• OND/HND/BSC degree in social sciences or any relevant field.
• Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office packages
