If you want to join the 5am Club you've got to be up before 5am and ready to rock and roll when 5am comes around!

Once upon a time, in a galaxy not that far away I used to wake up at 5am to get into my "hour of power" before I would get ready for the day ahead.....Then It dawned on me that I was only ever getting 45 minutes to work on my body, my personal development and ideas by the time I rolled out of bed, etc!

So one day I decided to set my alarm at 4:50am to see what I could achieve with a full hour of power and that eventually lead me to waking up even earlier to invest time on my gifts, my body, my inner self and my dreams before I had to go to work to build someone else's dream!

And.......eventually that lead me here to starting before5am and sharing my passion, my ideas and my gifts with you guys!

So if you're serious about joining the 5am club the secret is to get to bed before 10pm, set your alarm a few minutes before 5am and have a plan for your morning rituals & activities so you can get the most out of a fresh body, mind and spirit!

You'll be surprised what you can get done in the early hours of the morning and if you really want to take things to the next level you can join the Before5am club like Tim Cook, Dwayne Johnson , Howard Schultz and Mike O'Hearn who wakes up at 3am to work on his masterpiece!

Join the before5am club:

Memberships limited only to those who are self motivated, disciplined and absolutely committed to their vision for themselves and their life!

Most times, we seek external validation before we start pursuing our dreams. However, it's in doing what we were designed for that we step into greatness and become relevant to society.

Quit seeking for permission. Do it...afraid!

Small business owners require no government intervention to satisfy the customer. Without the customer, there is no business. Your customer is the means to create and offer value to keep the business afloat.

Always Ask for Feedback

On the path to building a successful business, feedback walks right next to failure. Not only is it important to “never stop iterating,” but it’s also crucial to seek honest feedback from consumers, colleagues, and your own team members.

In a 2013 TED talk, Elon Musk advised about the importance of seeking negative feedback, particularly from those closest to you and your business. “Really pay attention to negative feedback, and solicit it, particularly from friends,” he says. “This may sound like simple advice, but hardly anyone does that, and it’s incredibly helpful.” Bill Gates backs him up, suggesting leaders pay close attention to any negative points of feedback from users or customers: “Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning,” he once famously advised. We’d note that this also applies to unhappy teammates, bosses, or anyone else you work closely with.

While it’s never fun to face your shortcomings, it’s important to take them seriously (but not personally) if you want to move forward. First things first, figure how much of the feedback is a fact or an opinion. While both may be worth addressing, this simple distinction is important. If need be, ask more questions of the person giving you feedback to really try to understand the crux of the problem. Then, start creating a plan to solve it, working with a trusted friend or advisor if you need some help understanding how to move forward.

And, of course, make sure to also remind yourself what you’re doing well along the way, to help keep your spirits up!

I learned two profound life lessons which I'd like to share with you:

One, Never lose sight of your vision to create something meaningful. As long as you hold tenaciously to it, and keep working at it, you'd attract the right people, resources and inner strength to make it a reality.

Two, Do not wait for anyone to turn on your light; DO IT YOURSELF! The truth is, if that thing is "gonna" work, you'd have to work it yourself. If God has placed a vision in your heart, within you is all you need to make that vision happen. NEVER DOUBT IT!
