Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Driver
A valid driver’s license
A clean driving record
Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
Familiarity with GPS devices
Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
A polite and professional disposition
Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

Responsibilites
Maintain effective patrolling and monitoring of activities of guards and beats under his coveragewhile also ensuring high standards of safety, workmanship, efficiency and maximizing profitability.
Decodes post orders to the operatives and ensure strict adherence to the post orders at the protected locations.
To drive compliance to the company lay downregulations.
Ensures uniform performance of duties in accordance with approved process and procedures whilepromotingexemplary appearance and conduct.
Patrol tour of the protected premises and prepared an heighten risk advise where neccessary.
Ensures that assigned area of responsibility is stabilized and devoid of any criminal activities.
Prepares daily occurence reports giving recommendations on how to improve our efficiency and effectiveness.
Assists in developing the Guards by ensuring that their competencies are fully developed to meet future challenges in the industry.
Handles Guards complaints
Attend to welfare issues.
Undertakes induction & training for Guards.
