Today, i just want to be thankful for the gift of life. No complaints, no requests. Just grateful to be alive.

I cannot believe that my younger self really actually thought i would have my s**t together by now. That stupid ass, bless her.

The secret is i do what works for me, i don't copy, i don't watch. I support others and it's genuine support. I'm always on my lane, riding my own waves, eyes on my own paper.

Functional depression is real . You work, joke and take care of your family, yet mentally, you're drowning in your own thoughts and no one knows.

I don't think anyone really understands how tiring it is to act okay and always be strong when in reality you're close to the edge.

But sometimes, when we are disappointed, we feel very bad and we tend to remain on that spot. Not knowing that the end-point of disappointment is the beginning of your accomplishments.

Understand this, "that every disappointment you once had came with a blessing!" However, it is not everyone that partakes in this blessing that I'm talking about.
