Oha soup
Ingredient:
Oha leaves
Cocoyam
Palmoil
Assorted beef
Assorted fish(crayfish,dry fish,stock fish)
Chilli pepper
Salt
Stock cube
Ogiri igbo
Method:
Boil the meat ,stock fish,dry fish in water.
Add seasoning,add pepper,ogiri and crayfish .cook for 10min
Add cocoyam paste,add palmoil,cover the pot and leave to cook till the cocoyam lumps dissolve. You can more water if you feel that the soup is thick
Add oha leave and cook for 5min
Add salt to taste ,stir ,soup is ready

1- chewgum while cutting onions to avoid tears.
2- To re-use oil without tasting it, drop a piece of ginger.
3-Too much oil in food asd ice cubes.
4- Add pinch of salt to boiling egg to avoid cracking.
5- Made a salty meal add a peeled potato into it.
6- Rub veg.oil on the palm to avoid hottness.
7- seperate banana from other fruit .banana release gases causes other fruit to ripe fast.
8- Add pinch of salt to a carton of milk if it goes bad before consuming it.
9- The fastest way to peel beans , is by soaking in hot waterfor some mins.
10- Bayleaf into a bag of flour, pasta, or rice help repel bugs.
