Know the difference between baking powder and baking soda.

I have been guilty of using a baking soda when my recipe called for a baking powder because I believed that they performed the same function.

Well, they don't and could end up ruining the end product of your baked goods.

Try to avoid the temptation and follow your recipe.

Do not substitute your ingredients.

If a recipe calls for almond flour, please ensure you stick to that and use almond flour. There are so many baking ingredients that you should never experiment with no matter how fun the idea might sound to you.

If you have ever mixed your cakes manually, you would know how comforting using a good mixer is.

A good mixer saves time and makes your baking stress free.
