There are times parents, teachers, guardians, and family members feel frustrated over the action of children. The reason for the frustration is mostly dependent on actions exhibited by the child/ren. Some people blame the parent, while others withdraw their children from school. Some claim it is peer influence and hold the environment responsible. But indeed and in truth a typically developing child shows tantrums, breaks rules and disobeys. Is this normal? When does it become a concern?
