Colleagues from Brave Child Initiative held a one day project close out meeting to discuss overall, what went well, what did not go so well, what barriers staff encountered towards achieving project objectives and what would be done differently in future projects, from engaging with communities to design, implementation, and monitoring.

It was a full day of sharing, learning and planning for the future.

Super Inspiring!

Brave Child Initiative was represented at the skill up experience exhibition put together by PUREHaven Children have learned valuable skills and have transformed that learning to create value, while in the future, it is expected to translate into earning.

Children have a right to learn and that learning must uncover relevant opportunities for the future.

While Brave Child Initiative supports children, women and communities, monitoring and evaluation helps the team gain insights into trends from data collected and analysed. Questions asked to determine what works well, what’s not working so well and an opportunity to course correct.

Supported women are manning their businesses, recording daily sales and on their way to self-sufficiency.

Mesntrual Education+ access+ No shame+ Healthy lives.

Menstrual health is a sensitive and needed topic among girls. Think of a community where girls do not learn about their periods, they risk infection, miss school, and suffer in silence.
