Helping global entrepreneures grow
You either suffer the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. Pick one.
The right doors won't open for you until you are the version of yourself that is supposed to walk through them.
If you don't build self-discipline, you will always be a slave to your excuses.

Changing and improving your life requires you to destroy a part of yourself and replace it with a newer, better part of yourself.

Therefore, growth is, by definition, painful.
Old habits will tempt you just to test you… stay strong.
You can’t grow muscle without pain.
You can’t find wisdom without failure.
You can’t build confidence without looking foolish and embarrassing yourself.
ㅤ
All growth has an inherent sacrifice to it.
Three simple rules in life.
1. If you do not go after what you want, you'll never have it.
2. If you do not ask, the answer will always be no.
3. If you do not step forward, you will always be in the same place.

BUSINESS CANNOT MAKE YOU RICH!
You know a woman in your street, who is selling tomatoes, onions and pepper.
Well, she is in business.
But she is not rich.
And she almost will never be.
And you must have heard of a business called ShopRite before.
The owners of that company are in business, and they are rich.
And nothing can stop them from being rich.
What is the difference between the owners of ShopRite and that woman?
Well, there is a lot of difference.
There's difference in mindset.
The owners of ShopRite has the mindset that their business is supposed to function in many different countries at once.
The woman who sell tomatoes has the mindset that her business is only supposed to remain on that street.
Then there's difference in strategy.
The owners of ShopRite know that they're supposed to attract kings and queens to their products and services, who pay well.
They go ahead to build beautiful and good looking stores, which is a great fit for kings to come shopping.
Hence, they are well paid.
The woman who sells tomatoes and onions by the street has no strategy for attracting kings.
All her strategy is being used to attract local people and villagers, hence she does business in a dirty and probably old place.
Even if kings came to her, due to the nature of how she present herself and her business, the kings will not value her.
Then, there is branding and marketing difference.
The owners of ShopRite pay good amounts of money to be in the public media.
They get on TV, radio, newspaper, Facebook, etc.
They understand the importance of the media side of business, and how creating a massive brand awareness can work to their favour.
The woman selling tomatoes doesn't know any of that.
She knows nothing about marketing and branding, and simply hopes the people in her locality will notice her enough to buy.
Hence, the only publicity her business gets is the publicity of have passersby look at the wares she displayed.
She is in business, just like the owners of ShopRite,b

You will never see me push for palm oil storage even when I know it is been sold in the northern part of the country at a higher price during the peak season. Why? Because I do no have a large market or an alternative market for palm oil. So even when I buy to resale, I will only buy the quantity I can sell at a time and restock when we are done selling.
Storage business goes beyond just buying and having a good storage facility. Some years back, I sold off some bags of egusi for some clients who stored egusi by themselves.
The truth be told, they actually got egusi that does not have a good market here, they never had any relevant business experience on that product, the bought egusi per Kg. Who does that biko? The sac they bought in, was far smaller than what the regular small used. Infact one of them told me they went for the egusi from that location because they got a cheaper price from their supplier there.
Did egusi do well that year? Yes it did very well. But because the bought they wrong type of egusi for their location, wrong bagging/measurements, they lost over two million naira in that singular transaction. They were stuck with the over 250 bags of egusi they store.
What about the wrong timing? They kept this egusi until new egusi was about to be harvested, alot of factors actually affected their reasons for a failed storage business. After I got a buyer for them, I was supposed to get my commission from the sales but the degree of loss was just too much for them.
What's the essence of my story, you can actually run a successful storage business by yourself with the right knowledge, gudience and most importantly market. Before you start sourcing for any agro produce, first get a market for that commodity.
Queen as an individual will only store agro commodities that I have a comparative advantage of. You will never see me storing ground nut no matter how much money is to be made. Try to get the requisite knowledge before going into any business
