Are you passionate about improving children’s foundational learning and working directly with communities and governments? TaRL Africa is looking for Field Coordinators to join our team in Nigeria🇳🇬!
Here’s what you’ll do:
✔️ Coordinate TaRL activities at the LGA level to deliver effective foundational learning programs.
✔️ Build the capacity of teachers, mentors, and government actors to ensure quality and sustainability.
✔️ Collect and analyse data to monitor program impact and identify areas for improvement.
✔️ Engage with parents, community leaders, and stakeholders to foster support for TaRL activities.
✔️ Support research and pilot innovative classroom solutions to address challenges.

Over the past five years, we’ve worked alongside our partners to support 5.8 million learners in 16 countries, demonstrating how the TaRL approach can help address foundational learning challenges, even in the most difficult contexts. We invite you to join us in continuing this important journey!
