Candidates seeking admission into Education programmes and Agriculture-related non-engineering courses will no longer be required to sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination- Jamb.

JAMB announced this in a post on its X handle during its ongoing policy meeting on 2026 admissions.

UPDATE ON THE SUSPENDED NURSING STUDENTS DUE TO INTERNAL TRANSFERS.

Recall that there was a group of 200L Nursing students who were suspended from studies by the school management few months ago due to their fake JAMB admission letters carrying Nursing sciences.

Now, the school management has informed them on their school portal to either go back to their originally admitted department on JAMB or change to another department if they are no longer accepted there.

JAMB has said that there will be no more double admission.

Meaning, If you accepted a course Last year, you won't be eligible for another JAMB admission this year, except you show proof of your withdrawal from your previous course.
