Theme: The Labourer And His Season Of Reward
Texts: Esther 8:14–17; Esther 2:19

A labourer is an individual who gives himself to a particular work, assignment, or responsibility.

A reward is what a person receives as a result of his labour. It may be honour, compensation, recompense, recognition, promotion, restoration, or celebration.

One important principle we must understand is this:
Reward comes after labour.

KEY POINTS
1. Every Reward Is Born From Labour - You cannot expect a harvest where there has been no seed.

2. Faithfulness Never Goes Unnoticed — What people overlook, God faithfully records.

3. A Delay Does Not Cancel Your Reward — Your waiting season does not mean your reward has been forgotten.

4. Your Reward Is Bigger Than You — God can elevate you so your blessing becomes a blessing to others.

5. Prepare for What You Are Praying For — Your season of waiting is also your season of preparation.

CONCLUSION
Every labour has a season, and every genuine labour has a reward.Therefore, don't abandon your labour because your reward is delayed. What God has seen, He cannot forget, What you have sown, you will reap, What you have carried in secret, God can honour in public. So keep serving, Keep sowing, Keep praying, Keep believing. SHALOM
