We must ask difficult questions.

Are we preparing learners for the future or for a world that is already disappearing?

Are our schools developing thinkers, creators, problem-solvers, and innovators or simply preparing students to pass examinations?

What happens to the child whose greatest ability cannot be captured by a grade?

And perhaps the most important question:

What would education look like if we designed it to discover and develop the potential in every learner?

This is the conversation we are bringing to the table.
