5. TO THE PERSON WHO IS TIRED

If you are reading this and you feel tired, please pause for a moment.

You don't have to pretend that everything is okay.

You are allowed to be tired.

You are allowed to cry.

You are allowed to admit that life has been difficult.

But please don't confuse being tired with being defeated.

Rest if you need to, but don't surrender your dreams.

Take a break, but don't abandon yourself.

Start again tomorrow if today is too heavy.

You don't have to climb the entire mountain in one day. Sometimes all you need to do is take one more step.

And if nobody has told you this lately, let me tell you:

I am proud of you for still trying.

Proud of you for waking up.

Proud of you for surviving things you never thought you would survive.

Proud of you for continuing even when life didn't go according to plan.

Your current situation is not your permanent identity.

Better days can still find you.
