Nze-Gold’s Economic Development Agenda is built on a clear and practical vision to transform the Dunukofia, Njikoka, and Anaocha (DNA) Constituency into a thriving economic hub. As an Economist and strategic administrative officer, he is committed to driving sustainable growth through well-structured policies that prioritize the welfare of the people. His leadership approach focuses on unlocking local potential, ensuring that economic opportunities are accessible to all indigenes while promoting unity and shared prosperity across the constituency.

A major pillar of his agenda is strengthening market inter-trade between towns within the DNA Constituency. By improving road networks, establishing organized market centers, and promoting digital trading systems, Nze-Gold aims to create a seamless flow of goods and services. This will boost local commerce, reduce business costs, and increase the circulation of wealth within the region, ultimately benefiting traders, farmers, and small business owners.

Nze-Gold also places strong emphasis on empowering small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) and the agricultural sector. Through access to microfinance, business development programs, and cooperative initiatives, local entrepreneurs will be equipped to grow and create jobs. In agriculture, his plan includes modern farming techniques, improved storage facilities, and support for agro-processing, ensuring that farmers earn more value from their produce while reducing waste.

Infrastructure and human capital development are key drivers in his economic blueprint. His administration will prioritize road rehabilitation, rural electrification, and access to clean water to create an enabling environment for economic activities. Additionally, skills acquisition and vocational training programs will be introduced to equip youths and women with practical skills, fostering innovation and reducing unemployment across the constituency.

As the current Director of the Client Assurance Department at Regent University College of Science and Technology, he plays a key role in overseeing student welfare and driving impactful educational activities.

With hands-on experience across both secondary and tertiary education systems, Nze-Gold understands the real challenges students and institutions face. His exposure to Ghana’s academic environment has equipped him with practical insights into what works—and what must change.

Driven by this experience, Nze-Gold is ready to introduce a results-focused, intensive education reform strategy that will:

Improve learning standards across all levels

Strengthen student support systems

Enhance access to quality educational resources

Promote innovation and skills development

Okafor C. Arinze, the former Chairman of the Njikoka Anaocha Progressive Union in Ghana, continues to be active in community development and organizational reform initiatives. Known for his strong cultural foundation and commitment to unity, he is now championing a new vision aimed at restructuring the union system for greater efficiency and representation.

His current proposal focuses on creating autonomous units for each Local Government Area under a single umbrella union. The idea is to allow communities such as Njikoka, Anaocha, and Dunukofia to function with more independence in their local administration while still maintaining a unified central structure for coordination and shared interests.

According to his vision, this decentralized approach would strengthen leadership at the grassroots level, improve decision-making, and ensure that the specific needs of each community are better addressed. It also aims to enhance participation, transparency, and accountability within the union system.

Through this initiative, Okafor C. Arinze is positioning himself as a reform-oriented leader who is seeking to modernize community organization while preserving cultural identity and unity among members.

Nze-Gold’s story begins in the heart of Anambra State, Nigeria, where he was born in the mid-1980s in Anaocha Local Government Area. Raised in a culturally rich Igbo community, his early years were shaped by strong family values, discipline, and a deep respect for education.

His educational journey started at Day Spring Nursery School in Akpu Abagana, located in Njikoka LGA. There, he was introduced to the foundations of learning, developing curiosity and a keen interest in academics at a young age.

For his primary education, Nze-Gold began at Central School Ukpo in Dunukofia LGA, where he completed Primary 1 to 3. During these formative years, he demonstrated promise and adaptability. Seeking broader opportunities, he later transferred to Central School Nimo, where he continued his primary education and successfully sat for the Common Entrance Examination.

His performance earned him admission into Comprehensive Secondary School, Nwafia. However, his journey there was brief, as he later transferred back to Model Comprehensive Secondary School, Nimo, where he continued his secondary education and built a solid academic and social foundation. It was here that he developed resilience, leadership qualities, and a growing sense of purpose.

Determined to complete his education with excellence, Nze-Gold proceeded to Royal Comprehensive College, Ezzamgbo in Ebonyi State, where he sat for his WAEC examinations after completing his NECO. This phase of his life marked a period of maturity, exposure, and preparation for future pursuits.

Through these experiences across different communities and schools, Nze-Gold’s life reflects adaptability, perseverance, and a continuous pursuit of growth—qualities that would go on to define his personal and professional journey.
