No. Allaah has made it permissible for a man who wants to marry a woman (Niqabi) to look at her face. And even if he wants to look at the face, it should not be in seclusion. It can either be in the presence of one of her friends or in the house of her (the womanโs) parents.
And you are only permitted to look at her just once. So, if you want to see the face more than once or twice, then you have to do what Allaah has instructed by informing her parents that you are satisfied and you want to do the needful (marriage).
But wanting to gaze at her continuously is a precursor for fitnah. Allah has not permitted that for you. Do you want to look at her (face) again? Thatโs not allowed. You should look at her once (and look at) everything you want to see.
If you are not interested, both of you should go your separate ways or you proceed (to marriage) if you are pleased with what you have seen. So even if you now want to look at her 100 times after (marrying her), that is left to you. She is now yours.
But saying you want to look at her again and again, that is not allowed.
And oh women, Allah has honoured you. Oh women among the believers, Allah has honoured you more than you imagined. Do not allow yourself to be unnecessarily displayed. Allah has only permitted it (nadhar) to be once for whoever proposes to marry you.
And if he does not marry you, Allah will grant you that which is yours.
Allahu Alam

The shariah does not in anyway or form encourages divorce. There are things that people say in order to show that men have gotten mashismo. They will tell him โ If she does anything, (you donโt like) just divorce her and send her back to her father's house. They usually quote the saying that; โthe base rule about Tolaq is that it is permissibleโ.
People who say these things have not actually gone through the process of Islamic Jurisprudence. And shallow or half knowledge is usually dangerous than when an individual admits that he does not know.
The Shariah does not encourage divorce. And these are things that you also know.
Number 1; The prophet (Alayhi Salaam) told us (in an hadeeth), that Shaytan will send down his armies to cause desertion on the earth. And when they return to him, Each of them will tell him what he has done. But he will tell them โyou didnโt do anythingโ. Then one of them will come (and say): โI did not leave him (husband) until i cause desertion between him and his wife.โ Then Iblees himself is going to embrace him and say: โNimah antaโ (You have done excellently well).
So where did we see the prophet (Alayhi Salaam) actively encouraging divorce?
Secondly; When Aisha (Radiyallahu Anha), sat with the prophet (Salallaahu Alayhi Wa Salaam) and they were discussing. The hadith of Umm Zar that is very popular. And she mentioned how she told the other women about her husband; Aboo Zar. How he cared and spent on her and ultimately divorced her.
What did the prophet tell Aisha? He said โI am your Aboo Zar with the exception that I will not divorce you.โ
Even the man that came complaining to the prophet (Alayhi Salaam), saying โMy wife is loose when dealing with menโ. The prophet told him to divorce her. But the man added that โI can't do without herโ. Then the Prophet replied that: โkeep her with you.โ
So anyone who mentions divorce at any given instance is not doing the Ummah any good.

What is the ruling of the one who accepted Islaam while menstruating and eventually dies before she finishes her menstruation, hence did not observe any Solat before her demise.
She will be bathed, and those who will carry out the process will do so with three intentions.
They will have the intention for Ghusl Islaam (the New Revert Bath). They will also have the intention for Ghusl Hayd (the ritual bath for women after menstruation ends) and for Ghusl Mayyit (the ritual bath given to a deceased Muslim before burial). These are the three intentions that those who will bathe for her will consider.
And we beseech Allaah to grant her Al-Jannah without observing a single Solat.

That Khutbah that people said was Prophetโs (Alayhi Salaam) last sermon - It was not Prophet's (Alayhi Salaam) last sermon. Donโt mind them. It was a sermon that he gave at Wadee Uranah, not even at Arafah. He had not reached Arafah before he gave that Khutbah. But Wadee Uranah is next to Arafah.
Wadee Uranah is very near to Arafah. So donโt make that mistake like people use to make that mistake. The prophet (Alayhi Salaam) did not make that Khutbah at Arafah.

If you have difficulties with things of life, I will give you two โnankalisโ that you will be performing. The Prophet (Alayhi Saalatu Wa Salaam) gave us two. One of them is to regularly say; โLaa ilaha ila anta, subhanaaka inne kuntu minaz zalimin.โ Say it always. The difficulties you have will lessen and wade away. Just be saying it. The hadith is authentic in Sunan Abi Dawud. He said when you say it regarding a thing, Allah will give you that thing.
The second one is to be making Solat and Salaam on the Prophet (Salallaahu Alayhi Wasalaam). "Allฤhumma แนฃalli `alฤ Muแธฅammadin wa `alฤ \'ฤli Muแธฅammadin, kamฤ แนฃallayta `alฤ \'Ibrฤhฤซm wa `alฤ \'ฤli \'Ibrฤhฤซm, Wa bฤrik `alฤ Muแธฅammadin wa `alฤ \'ฤli Muแธฅammadin, kamฤ bฤrakta `alฤ \'Ibrฤhฤซm wa `alฤ \'ฤli \'Ibrฤhฤซm, fil alameen 'innaka แธฅamฤซdum-majฤซd.โ
Ubayy Ibn Kab reported from the Messnger that If a person say it, Allah will give you your needs and he will protect you. So say Solat and Salaam to the Messenger. May Allaah protect us.

Questioner: I have now realised that the favour Allaah bestowed on me by being able to observe Tahajjud and also recite the Quran has diminished. What should I do?
Itโs (the acts) not something that suddenly becomes uneasy to do. It might be that you are doing it in a manner that will make it difficult for you to be consistent with them. Because if you observe these acts of ibadah extremely, because of how healthy you are without considering that your body might need rest at some point, you will eventually abandon the act of worship.
The Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi Wa Salaam) said: "Verily, this religion is easy. No one will make it hard on himself except that he will be overwhelmed by it." The religion will remain while you will be long gone.
Therefore, you should be easy on yourself. You should do the (acts of worship) that you are capable of and the ones we know we are not capable yet, we shouldnโt indulge them so that it does not become what will make us dislike the overall act of worship.
If you have mandated yourself to finish the recitation of the whole Quran in a day, you might succeed on the first try and even make it on the second attempt, but you might surely struggle in your third attempt. You will no longer find it easy and in fact, you might not even want to come close to the Quran, talkless of reciting it.
And you wonโt be able to blame anyone but yourself.
So, you should approach things nicely and easily. This is how Allaah has created humans. If you approach things with ease, your soul will get used to the acts of worship for a long period of time. But if you force yourself on it, it wonโt last because you will abandon them and eventually dislike doing them.

The forthcoming Eid will fall on Yaomul Jumuah. So when it (Eid) falls on Yaomul Jumuah, we will observe Solatul Eid and we will also observe Solatul Jumuah. We will observe both.
This is the most prominent opinion among the scholars, and we have authored a book specifically on the matter.
Several studies conducted as revealed that Eid falling on the day of Jumuah does not prevent us from observing Solatul Jumuah. Leniency has only been put in place for those who came from very far places to observe the Solatul Eid so that they shouldnโt have to come back to observe Solatul Jumuah on the same day.
For example, someone coming from Lagos to Ogbomosho to observe the Solatul Eid. After Eid, the Imaam can tell the congregations that have come from faraway places to return to their abodes, and when it's time for Solatul Jumuah, they should observe Solatul Dhur.
Therefore, if the Eid falls on the day of Jumuah, we will observe Eid and observe Solatul Jumuah as well.

And the Jinns are allowed to make our Hajj too. They come and make Hajj. The Jinns. They make Hajj. They make Umrah. They come and make Tawaf, and they go away.
Al-Imaam Ibn Katheer mentioned something like that in Al-Bidaayah and Nihayaah, that Abdullah ibn Zubayr, a companion, said that he was observing somebody during tawaf, and wallahi, this is very common.
When you are performing tawaf, if you are observing people, you will be seeing some strange things with people. Strange. Youโll be seeing strange people, strange things.
He (Abdullah) said he was observing that man. He said when the man went out of the masjid, he followed him. The man was walking towards Muna. He would have come out from the area of Safa. He went out straight on the road to Mina on Abul Qubays mountain.
He (Abdullah) said, so I followed him. He said when I walk faster to meet him, he walks faster so that I do not meet him. He said when I walked faster, he walked faster (too).
He said, later, he turned right. He said he started shouting; Oh you (unclear words), he (Jinn) said yes!
He said: 'Who are you?' He (responded): Iโm so-so person among the Jinn. I came to perform tawaf and am returning home.
What about the ones we would not see?

Is there any special reward for that? Except that it was a sunnah the Prophet (Alayhi Salaam) performed. The prophet did it. Bilal did it.
Many of the companions did it. And Aisha likes to do it. So if you like to do it because Aisha likes to do it, that is lawful.
But to say there is a particular reward connected to it, that is what whoever wants to do that kind of thing will have to look for. As for me, I have not heard from any of the scholars or read from any of the (Islamic) sources that there are particular special reward for observing 2 units of prayer inside the Kaโbah.

By Allaah, you would realize that it is one of the ways that Allaah increases the Rizq of an individual, when he takes care of his wife. You will realize that Allaah grants you wealth in ways that you least expected.
When you take care of your children, you will be blessed (by Allaah) in unexpected ways.
And the reverse is the opposite. When you abandon your wife to herself and her affairs, you will encounter difficulty. Itโs the hadith of the prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Salaam)
He said: Every day when the sun rises; two angels descend from the heavens. One of them will say: "๐ผ๐ก๐กฤ๐๐ช๐ข๐ข๐ ๐'๐ฉ๐ ๐ข๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ฃ ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ฃ. ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ฆลซ๐ก๐ช ๐๐ก-ฤ๐ ๐๐๐ง: ๐ผ๐ก๐กฤ๐๐ช๐ข๐ข๐ ๐'๐ฉ๐ ๐ข๐ช๐ข๐จ๐๐ ๐๐ฃ ๐ฉ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ฃ."
โOh Allaah, replenish the one who spends and bring destruction on the one who withholdsโ
Therefore, if you want abundance of Rizq, spend on your wife. (but) donโt be a spendthrift. And also spend on your children but donโt be a spendthrift as well.
You will then realize that your pocket will never run dry. Whenever you want to discharge a responsibility on them, you will find it easy to do so.
And the one that doesnโt do it (spend on his family), he will be like someone who is cursed. And your wife will be the one thriving because you have abdicated your responsibility to her. You will now be like a servant to her.
May ALLAAH not make us a witness a regress into oblivion. Aamiyn

Itโs permissible to donate money (to those in need). Donating a part or organ in your body that is in pair is also acceptable if there is a certainty that when such body part or organ is removed, youโd continue to live a normal life, and neither will your health be jeopardized.
If you donate to be of help to your brethren in Islaam, then it is permissible.
But donating of (female) eggs that come from women during their ovulation or the s***m from the male is not permissible in Islaam.
This is because these are what humans are made up of. So, when a donated egg is fertilised by another donated s***m, who would we call the mother of the child that came as a result of such?
And Allaah said:
โFal yanzuril insaanu mimma khuliq. Khuliqa mim maaa'in daafiq. Yakhruju mim bainissulbi wat taraaa'ibโ
Allah said:
Let man but think from where he was created. He was created from a spurting fluid
stemming from between the backbone and the ribcage. (Quran 86; 5-7).
The scholars have stated that the fluid that stems from the ribcage is from the woman, while the one that stems from the backbone is that of the man.
All these constitute what makes a human creature.
The female from whom the fluid from her ribcage emanated from will be regarded as the mother of the child that her egg produced. And the male whose own backbone produced the s***m will be regarded as the father of such a child.
So when you say you have donated the egg/s***m, it means an unknown womanโs egg will be fertilised by the s***m of an unknown man and will then be transferred to the sac of another unknown woman.
This kind of calamity is very grievous. Is it the woman who carried the foetus till term that owns the baby of the woman whose eggs were fertilised?
Is it the one whose s***m was used that owns the baby or the person to whom it was donated?
Therefore, this kind of act is prevalent in the West. And when you go to their courts, there are many cases in their court bordering on s***m and egg donations.
