Being independent is not just when you own your own business or when you can travel anywhere you want without first seeking permission.

True independence is when you refuse to be recruited to fight or hate someone whom you barely know.

True independence is when you refuse to condemn an entire people because of the sins of a few.

True independence is when you rebel against herds' mentality. When you stop doing things just because everyone else is doing it.

That’s true independence. Everything else is a wannabe! Are you truly independent? Do you truly have a mind of your own?
