If you ask me I'd say this is another chance for WISPs across Nigeria to step up, improve their services and take on customers that won't be able to afford Starlink's new pricing regime.

Hey everyone, welcome again, and thanks for sticking around the WISP Talk Africa community, where your knowledge and support have been instrumental in helping anyone seeking WISP-related assistance. Myself and the rest of the team have spent the past four years building a platform that fosters collaboration and streamlines operations for all of us. Through ongoing conversations with many of you, we've developed four tools designed to make our community's work more efficient and organized:

The WISP Directory
A central hub for potential broadband consumers to discover service providers, suppliers, and technical experts across Africa. Whether you're seeking help to set up infrastructure or need to find local suppliers for your equipment, the directory helps you connect with the right resources.

The Knowledge Base
To support our MooC efforts, we created a digital library—our Knowledge Base—which houses tutorials, guides, troubleshooting resources, and even books contributed by WISP professionals and experts from the broader tech industry. Whether you're looking for step-by-step setup guides or advanced troubleshooting techniques, this library is your go-to resource for learning and sharing knowledge.

WTA Academy (MooC)
A dedicated platform for learning and skill development. We're partnering with trainers and training centers, particularly across Nigeria, to offer courses and certifications designed to meet the needs of WISPs across Africa. Our mission is to equip both individuals and companies with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.

WTA Jobs
As WISPs continue to expand, the demand for skilled professionals grows too. WTA Jobs connects employers with qualified talent, from field engineers to network administrators. Whether you're seeking your first job in tech or you're looking for experienced professionals, this platform makes it easy to match opportunities with the right talent.

We invite you to explore these tools at wisptalkafrica.com. Use the Directory to find broadband providers near you, or let us know if there are no providers in your area. If you're a job seeker or employer, the Jobs platform is here to help you find or fill opportunities in tech. Our Forum offers a space for learning, discussions, and networking with fellow community members. The Academy makes it easy and rewarding to upskill through courses, and our Library provides easy access to a wide range of tech-related books.

Visit wisptalkafrica.com today—there's a tool (or two!) designed just for you.
