The 2nd S&C for Children Course, held on the 8th and 9th of May, was another important step in developing coaches, teachers, and trainers with the knowledge to safely and effectively train young athletes.
This course plays a significant role in ensuring that children are introduced to strength & conditioning in a fun, safe, and age-appropriate way โ helping improve movement skills, confidence, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.
By investing in education and youth development, we continue to create better environments for the next generation of athletes to grow, perform, and enjoy sport.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the course a success ๐๐ฝ๐ณ๐ฆ
