What you'll be doing
A Stock Controller tracks stock levels and ensures that the supplies are sufficient to meet the demand of our high-risk areas. Their primary duties include checking stock levels, ordering additional stock and updating stock records.
Responsibilities
• Checking stock levels regularly, counting different areas on a daily basis
• Completing the required paperwork when counting stock
• Inputting and updating of stock count information into warehousing system on computer
• Investigating any variances found during stock counts, checking stock booked in, booked out to prep/production to look for any discrepancies
• Sending daily emails to detail variances and discrepancies so these can be investigated further by the relevant managers
Implementing or improving processes and procedures
What we’re looking for
• Able to read and write in Afrikaans & English
• Good level of Maths required as this is essential to ensure stock is counted accurately
• Computer literacy, including knowing how to use scanners and relevant software programs, such as warehouse management systems
• Thorough attention to detail
• Organisation and time management skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Ability to work well with suppliers, customers and other team members
• Active listening skills
• Interpersonal skills

FVSA doesn’t work?

The age-old fight between Polygraph and VSA examiners

It is very simple. If VSA doesn’t work, then Polygraph also doesn’t work, according to scientific studies.

A three-year study by Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate engineers here has concluded several features of voice stress analysis are effective for detecting when a person is answering questions under stress.

"The Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (DoDPI) provided us (VSA) with tapes of investigations from two murder cases where the suspects eventually confessed and were found guilty," "Using voice stressanalyzers...s (the) machines were accurateinn 45 out of 45 instance,." In a "field use" study of 5,579 simultaneous polygraph/VSA examinations, the two instruments resulted in the same findings or conclusions in 5,037 cases, or 99.84% correlation.

I really don’t know why polygraph examiners lie about the accuracy of FVSA Bakker TM International. (I am only defending Bakker FVSA software). The accuracy is not affected by the FVSA software nor by Polygraph equipment, rather by greedy or fatigued examiners who do more than 4 Polygraph or 5 FVSA tests per day.
