Kenapa susah sgt nak secure loan? Kami di raudah ingin share beberapa tips dgn anda:
1. Tentukan priority anda, apa yang paling anda kehendaki sekarang. Perlu fokus.
2. Ketahui apa itu hutang baik dan hutang jahat dgn melihat kepada ccris anda.
3. Struktur kan semula hutang2 anda, hapus atau kurangkan hutang2 jahat yang akan mengganggu kemampuan meminjam anda (DSR anda).
4. Cari rumah yang berada di dalam kemampuan anda. Kebanyakan bank ada cut off rate pada 60% gaji anda. Boleh kira dari situ.
5. Untuk first time buyer cari skim/bantuan/loan yang ditawarkan oleh kerajaan/private dan gunakan sebaik mungkin.
