What makes a performance memorable?
In their session on Performative Skills, Joo Ice and NIGEL explored the elements that transform movement into meaningful performance — from intention and presence to confidence and connection.
A reminder that technique may get you on stage, but performance is what makes people remember you.
Thank you for an insightful session and for challenging us to think deeper about the way we perform. ⚡️
Performance is what the audience sees — but the real work happens long before you step on stage.
In Maybelline’s lecture, “The Inner Work of a Performer,” we explored what it truly takes to show up fully as an artist — beyond technique, beyond choreography, beyond the spotlight.
From mindset and discipline to presence, self-awareness, and emotional control, this session reminded us that strong performers are built from the inside out.
Thank you to everyone who showed up ready to reflect, learn, and grow. This is the work you don’t always see — but it’s the work that changes everything. 🤍

DAY 1 ✨
Today wasn’t just about learning choreography.
It was about slowing down.
Meeting new people.
Having honest conversations.
Asking questions.
Reflecting on our journeys.
And remembering why we started dancing in the first place.
From workshops and discussions to shared meals and late-night moments, Day 1 reminded us that growth happens both inside and outside the studio.
One day down. See you tomorrow . 🤍
What you’ll leave this camp with goes beyond choreography.
New perspectives.
Honest conversations.
Deeper understanding.
Stronger foundations.
A clearer sense of self and direction.
UNTITLED DANCE CAMP was created to be a space for dancers to slow down, reflect, connect, and grow together.

“Slowing down helps you focus on yourself instead of everything outside of you.”
In this highlight from our Untitled Picnic Session, reflects on the importance of slowing down in a culture where dancers constantly feel pressured to keep up, prove themselves, and chase external goals.
Sometimes we become so focused on achievements, recognition, and comparison that we forget to check in with ourselves.
Slowing down creates space to reflect.
To breathe.
To understand why you dance.
And to reconnect with the person behind the movement.
That’s one of the core intentions behind UNTITLED DANCE CAMP — creating a space where dancers can step away from the noise, reset, and grow with clarity and purpose.
