We sincerely apologize to our valued purchasers who have registered their interest in our waiting list for Phase 3 since year 2022 until today. ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
Finally, the state Exco approved the long-awaited subdivision from PTG. ๐ค๐ค P.S., we submitted for approval in Jan-23, and finally on Dec-23 we received the approval that took us about 11 months ๐๐๐
Stay tuned for our update on the Launching of Sale that target on April 2024, we are now entering into application of AP to KPKT.๐ช๐ช๐ช
