𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱

A little girl👧 who is unable to play, run, or even talk has prompted Hope Place Kuching to visit her and her family at Samarahan recently. A little girl has suffered from cerebral palsy since she was a toddler. She lives with her mother and grandparents in a rented room.

She has cerebral palsy🧠 and is quadriplegic, which means all her four limbs are paralyzed. Unable to talk, she can only express her feelings through sounds, crying, and laughter. She is also on tube feeding, not being able to eat solid food.

Her mother is a single mother is currently jobless. Her mother used to work in a coffee shop, but lately, when her grandparents' health got worse, she had to stop working in order to take care of three sick persons at home🏡.

With no one working and earning any income in the family, even the monthly aid of RM500 from the social welfare and some financial aid from Baitumal are not enough😔.

Her plight was highlighted by the Sarawak General Hospital’s social worker. Hope Place is supporting her with a reclining wheelchair, children's diapers, and milk powder📦💕🦽.

单亲妈妈照顾患病父母及女儿

一名无法玩耍、奔跑，甚至无法说话的小女孩👧，牵动了希望之家的关注。近日，希望之家前往Samarahan探访这个家庭。

小女孩自幼便患有脑瘫🧠，并属于四肢瘫痪，四肢都无法正常活动。由于无法说话，她只能通过发出声音、哭泣或笑声来表达自己的情绪。她目前也需要通过喂食管进食，无法自行吃固体食物。

她的母亲是一名单亲妈妈，目前没有工作。过去，她曾在咖啡店工作，但近来由于父母的健康状况恶化，她不得不辞去工作，留在家中照顾三名需要照料的家人🏡。

由于家中没有人工作，也没有固定收入，即使每月获得社会福利局提供的RM500援助，以及一些来自慈善机构的经济援助，仍不足以应付一家人的日常生活及照护开销😔。

这名小女孩的家庭情况由砂拉越中央医院的社工转介给希望之家。希望之家目前为她提供可躺式轮椅、儿童尿片及奶粉，希望能够减轻这个家庭的生活负担📦💕🦽。

A single mother🧕 of two was visited by Hope Place Kuching recently at her parents’ home in Petrajaya. She lives with her two children together with her elderly parents.

She was diagnosed with lung cancer🫁last November. She went to see a doctor when she had a severe, non-stop cough. She was diagnosed with cervical cancer and underwent radiotherapy. Currently, she is undergoing chemotherapy at the hospital.

She used to work as a self-employed wedding decorator for Malay weddings💑. However, after her health deteriorated, she stopped all work and is now without any income. She also moved back to stay with her parents, together with her children.

Besides chemotherapy, she is on tube feeding earlier this year. Unable to consume any solid food, she takes special milk supplements once every three hours🫶.

Her two children are still in school. Her eldest is at polytechnic school, and her youngest is in secondary school. Baitumal also gives her financial aid. Hope Place is supporting her with supplies of special milk supplements📦💕.

希望之家援助患癌单亲妈妈

希望之家近日前往Petrajaya探访一名单亲妈妈🧕。她育有两名孩子，目前与孩子及父母一起居住。

她于去年11月被诊断患上肺癌🫁。当时因为持续严重咳嗽而前往看医生，后来被诊断患有宫颈癌，并接受了放射治疗。目前，她正在医院接受化疗。

过去，她是一名自雇的婚礼布置工作人员，主要为马来婚礼提供婚礼装饰服务💑。然而，随着健康状况恶化，她已停止所有工作，目前没有任何收入。她也带着两个孩子搬回父母家中居住。

除了接受化疗，她今年较早时候也开始通过鼻饲管进食。由于无法食用固体食物，她需要每三个小时补充一次特殊营养奶粉🫶。

她的两个孩子目前仍在求学。大孩子就读于理工学院Polytechnic，小孩子则就读中学。她也获得了Baitumal的经济援助。希望之家目前协助她提供特殊营养奶粉📦💕。

𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝘀

Hope Place Kuching visited a family at Siburan recently, with two disabled children, to give support🫶. The head of the family lives at Taman Duranda Emas with his wife and two boys.

He works as a lorry assistant👨, earning daily pay. With him as the only income provider, money is always tight. Furthermore, his sons’ hospital appointments and treatments also added to their financial woes.

The eldest son has autism🧑‍🦰. He sometimes goes to special school (PDK), when his father is able to bring him, which is not often. He is very hyperactive and is unable to talk properly.

His second son is diagnosed with speech delay. Totally unable to talk👄, his son has yet to attend any school. He explained to Hope Place that there is no special school nearby that caters to his son's condition.

Hope Place also tried to engage and connect with his wife. However, she refuses to talk or even look at their faces, and just sits by herself in a corner. Hope Place suspected that she might have a mild mental illness of her own😔.

Hope Place is grateful that one of their volunteers had referred this family’s plight to them. Hope Place is supporting this family with basic food aid📦💕🥫.

父爱扛起两个儿子的重担

希望之家最近前往Siburan探访一个家庭，并为他们提供援助🫶。这个家庭住在 Taman Duranda Emas，由父亲、母亲和两名孩子都面对不同程度的障碍。

父亲目前从事罗里助手的工作👨，以日薪维持一家四口的生活。由于他是家中唯一的经济支柱，家庭经济一直非常拮据。此外，两名儿子的医院复诊和治疗费用，也进一步增加了家庭的经济负担。

大儿子患有自闭症🧑‍🦰。他有时会到特殊教育中心（PDK）上课，但由于父亲需要工作，无法经常带他前往。他平时非常活跃，也无法正常说话。

二儿子则被诊断为语言发育迟缓，完全无法说话👄，目前也还没有上学。父亲向希望之家表示，住家附近没有适合儿子情况的特殊教育学校，因此孩子至今无法接受教育。

希望之家也尝试与孩子的母亲沟通，希望了解她的情况。然而，她拒绝与工作人员交谈，甚至不愿与他们有眼神接触，只是独自坐在角落里。希望之家工作人员怀疑她可能也面对轻微的心理健康问题😔。

希望之家感谢一名志愿者将这个家庭的困境转介给我们，让我们有机会了解并帮助他们。目前，希望之家正为这个家庭提供基本粮食援助，以减轻他们的生活负担。📦💕🥫

𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟴 𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗳 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲

A family of nine🤱 was brought to the attention of Hope Place Kuching recently, needing support with food aid. She is a recent widow with eight children living at Penrissen Road.

Her and her children’s lives changed forever when her husband suddenly passed away a few weeks ago in mid July this year. This sudden tragedy has left her in turmoil, as she has no one or no way to turn to😢.

According to her sister in-law, who is her late husband had heart disease🫀 but still worked as an electrician. Her late husband had a fatal fall one day while he was doing some wiring work. Her sister suspected that he had a heart attack and it had caused him to fall.

Her sister in-law is also trying her best to help. She had just help her to apply for SOCSO funds. Hope Place is supporting the family with basic food aid, children milk powder for her babies and school supplies for the older children, hoping the younger kids will have the chance to go to school one day📦💕🥫🎒📚.

寡妇独自抚养8名孩子 前路充满未知

Hope Place Kuching 日前接获求助，一户居住Penrissen Road的九口之家因生活陷入困境，急需粮食援助。这户家庭由一名刚失去丈夫的母亲及她的八名孩子🤱。

这位母亲的生活在今年7月发生了巨大的变化。丈夫突然离世，令她和孩子们顿时失去了家庭支柱，也让她陷入无助与迷茫，不知该向谁求助、如何继续维持一家人的生活😢。

根据她的大嫂表示，前夫患有心脏疾病🫀，但仍坚持担任电工维持家计。事发当天，他在进行电线安装工作时不幸从高处坠落。大嫂怀疑，他是在工作期间突发心脏病，导致失足坠落，最终不幸身亡。

大嫂也尽力协助她渡过难关，并已协助她申请SOCSO的相关援助。Hope Place 目前正为这一家人提供基本粮食援助、婴幼儿奶粉以及孩子所需的学习用品，希望减轻这位母亲的生活负担，也希望年幼的孩子们未来都能有机会接受教育，拥有更美好的未来📦💕🥫🎒📚。
