Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Scope:
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Reply WhatsApp & WeChat messages
• Send broadcast and promotional messages
• Handle customer enquiries professionally
• Follow up with customers and maintain good communication
• Assist with basic office administrative work

Requirements:
✔ Mandarin is ESSENTIAL (most customers are from China)
✔ Able to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Responsible, friendly & hardworking
✔ Basic computer and smartphone skills
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
