Our striploin is made with 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐬, carefully selected for quality, consistency and a great eating experience.

The cattle are 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏-𝒇𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒎 𝒐𝒇 100 𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒔, helping develop the tenderness, marbling and rich beef flavour Coorong Black is known for. Each cut is also hand-selected to meet the brand’s quality standards.

At Commons, the ±300𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐧 is charcoal-grilled and served as part of The Coorong Black Duo, alongside slow-braised beef cheek and all the trimmings.

We’re excited to introduce The Coorong Black Duo, a special collaboration with Coorong Black, bringing premium Australian Black Angus beef to the table in a menu made for two.

Known for its 100-day grain-fed Black Angus, Coorong Black is loved for its tenderness, marbling and rich flavour, making this a beef experience worth looking forward to.
