From Teacher to TOT — Top of the Table. 🏆

Congratulations to Sze Yin Melody on achieving 125K TPC as early as March 2026.

This journey is truly inspiring because it was never built overnight. It came through hard work, dedication, consistency, and a strong commitment to serving clients with heart.

From a teacher to becoming a proud UVE leader and Master Wealth Planner, Melody’s transformation reminds us that with the right guidance, the right environment, and the willingness to adapt, success can grow beyond what we once imagined.

At EFP Academy, we believe growth is possible when people are guided, supported, and empowered to become better versions of themselves.

Congratulations again, Melody. Your journey inspires the team. 🙌

Success is important.
But significance is what makes success meaningful.

Last week at EFP Club, we had the privilege of having Ann Jasmine share her journey from agent to agency manager.

Her journey reminds us that true leadership is not only about personal achievement, promotion, recognition, or results.

True leadership is also about giving back.
Sharing experience.
Adding value.
Guiding others.
And contributing even when there is no immediate return.

Ann Jasmine is a strong example of both success and significance.

Because when we succeed, we grow ourselves.
But when we share, we help others grow too.

Thank you, Ann Jasmine, for inspiring the EFP Club community with your journey, wisdom, and heart of contribution.

Gratitude unlocks abundance.

Life insurance is not about death.

It is about making sure your family can still live when your income is no longer there.

If something happens to the breadwinner, the family does not only lose a person.

They may also lose:
✅ Monthly income
✅ Home loan support
✅ Children’s education fund
✅ Daily living expenses
✅ Long-term financial stability

A protection gap study by LIAM showed that Malaysian families without life insurance may face an average protection gap of RM723,000 per family.

That number is not just a statistic.

It represents years of income, bills, responsibilities, and unfinished dreams.

That is why life insurance is not bought because we expect something bad to happen.

It is prepared because we love the people who depend on us.

Review before crisis.
Protect before regret.

Medical bills are not rising like normal living costs.

In Malaysia, CPI inflation was recorded at 1.8% in 2024. But medical cost trends are projected much higher — WTW reported Malaysia’s projected medical trend at 16.4% for 2025 and 15.7% for 2026.

The insurance and takaful industry also reported 56% cumulative medical claims cost inflation from 2021 to 2023.

And the hidden cost is real. Malaysia’s out-of-pocket health spending reached RM34.843 billion in 2024, representing 38.8% of total health expenditure.

This is why an old medical plan may not be enough for tomorrow’s hospital bill.

Don’t wait until admission day to discover your coverage gap.

Review your:
✅ Medical card
✅ Annual limit
✅ Critical illness coverage
✅ Income replacement plan
