Change is scary.

But have you ever stopped to think…

What if your life is still exactly the same 5 or 10 years from now?

Few days ago during our Weekly Meeting, I listened to RCCA Amelia’s sharing, and one sentence truly echoed in my heart.

“Change is scary. But so is staying the same.”

This was the very sentence I held onto tightly when I made the decision to leave my job years ago.

Many people are afraid to change.

Afraid to start a business.

Afraid to speak in front of people.

Afraid to attend events.

Afraid of rejection.

Afraid of failure.

But we rarely ask ourselves a more important question:

What will happen if we never change at all?

RCCA Amelia had built an incredibly successful career.

She managed operations across 23 countries and travelled extensively around the world for work.

Yet she chose to embrace change.

Not because she had failed.

But because she saw a mission that was far greater than herself.

When she first became open-minded about the opportunity at BE, she asked RCCA Cheat Min,

“What should I do to start?”

The answer was simple:

“Be coachable.”

When your upline asks you to do something…

Just do it.

Attend events.

Learn.

Duplicate the system.

Take massive, consistent action.

Sometimes we’re so busy searching for a new formula.

Yet successful people simply do the fundamentals consistently.

Amelia also shared something that deeply touched me.

She never wanted to lose the guidance of an upline who was genuinely committed to helping her succeed.

That’s why she continues to borrow the power of her upline and the BE Education System.

She believes that every event is much more than just listening to a talk.

Every event helps us build four areas that can transform our lives:

💼 Opportunity Knowledge
👥 Leadership Skills
🗣️ Communication Skills

Then she said something that really made me reflect:

“If you miss one class, it might be the very class you needed the most.”

Finally, RCCA Amelia Ezreen Abu Bakar shared a message from Madam Ho during the DCA Conference 2024 that strengthened her decision to build a lifelong career with BE International:

“Great leaders don’t rise alone. They take others with them.”

That is what makes a true leader different.

A leader’s spirit is awakened by a greater mission.

They don’t just pursue success for themselves.

They build a path so that many others can succeed together.

If there’s a change you’ve been postponing…

Perhaps today is the right day to begin.

Because the fear of change is only temporary.

But the regret of never trying can last a lifetime.

Let’s grow infinitely.
