Memulakan hujung minggu dengan sesi larian ringan 14km. Trek hari ini di kawasan berbukit yang baik untuk kekuatan dan kesihatan kardio. Selain itu, pemakanan yang seimbang dan sihat juga penting untuk mengekalkan stamina dan kesihatan. Akan memulakan beberapa tugasan kerja sebentar lagi. Salam kepada semua & moga segala urusan hujung minggu diberkati.

Starting the weekend with a short 14km run. Today’s trek was through a hilly area, which is good for cardio strength and health. That aside, a balanced and healthy diet is also vital for maintaining stamina and health. Off to a number of work engagements shortly. Salam and have a good day.
