avocado & ricotta - honey date jam, sesame walnuts, apricots.

simple things we love, brought together. nothing revolutionary.

all day 7.30 am – 5.30 pm.

french toast that we thought through.

brioche soaked in vanilla milk.

homemade peanut butter - crispy caramelised brown sugar peanuts, blended together. an ode to a classic taiwanese street-dessert, 花生糖 (huāshēng táng) or the peanut candy often found in taiwanese night market.

then, back to the basics - banana & bacon.

finish with a generous pour of golden maple syrup to bring it all together.

would we change anything? absolutely not.

one of the classics, with a little more attitude.

soft scrambled eggs - held up with mozzarella until just thick enough.

the heavily spiced pork sausage - crumbled through the whole pile, its savoury warmth lingering around.

the crown comes next.
bacon, fried until deeply crisp, chopped into salty little bursts - find their way into every bite.

a little feta for that gentle tang.

and finally, the jewel - crispy onions, golden and delicate, bringing that crackle right at the end, with just a hint of sweetness from the onion.

all sitting proudly on thick toast, heavily buttered and beautifully crisp at the edges.

banana bread.

baked with love. every loaf begins with ripe bananas and a touch of obsession.

seared in butter, cloud of vanilla chantilly, dusted with icing sugar and a pinch of flaky sea salt.

the result: a crisp first bite, followed by buttery warmth, silky cream, gentle sweetness, and little bursts of saltiness as the flaky sea salt catches your palate.

nothing fancy. just simple things, thoughtfully done - where every step is meant to build the next flavour, one bite at a time.
